When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once it leaves.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll sort it out. After that, orders may have already been dispatched and changes may not be possible.

What's the minimum order quantity?

There's no minimum for retail orders — buy as little as 1 metre. Need smaller cuts for sampling? Write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Will out-of-stock fabrics come back?

Honestly — we can't guarantee it. We source uniquely crafted, high-trending fabrics that often come in limited runs. Once a fabric sells out it may not be restocked. If you love it, order it.
